No. ILIMITO is not a fast fashion brand.
The brand follows a thoughtful approach to design, producing limited collections with a focus on longevity, quality and creative value rather than mass production or rapid trends.

ILIMITO products are produced across selected workshops in Europe and abroad, including Italy, Portugal and France for exclusive pieces.
Each production location is chosen for its craftsmanship, expertise and quality standards.

Shopping & Order
1. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our online store, select your desired items, choose your size and color, and add them to your cart. Once you are ready, proceed to checkout and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.
2. What currency are your prices listed in?
Currencies are based on the shipping country. Prices will automatically be converted to the corresponding currency when you complete your order.
Please make sure you are browsing the version of the website that corresponds to your delivery country, so you can see item prices in the correct currency.
You can change the online store version at any time by selecting your country from the bottom of the ILIMITO website.
3. Can I get a discount?
We occasionally run promotions and offer discounts. Subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media to stay updated on our latest offers.
4. Can I modify or cancel my order?
Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you would like to make changes to your order.
5. How can I find my size?
Our size guide, available on each product page, helps you find the perfect fit. If you are unsure, our customer service team is here to assist you.
Shipping & Delivery
1. Do you ship internationally? How much?
Yes, we provide international shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are prepared within an average of 1 to 3 business days. This may take longer during busy periods. In addition to this logistical time, the delivery time must also be taken into account.
For deliveries in France, orders are delivered to your home by Colissimo with signature upon delivery, from Monday to Saturday, within an average of 2 to 3 days, excluding public holidays.
Orders are delivered by DHL Express or Standard, depending on the destination. DHL only delivers on business days.
DHL Express: Europe, 1 to 2 days, excluding Cyprus. USA, 1 to 3 days. Rest of the world, 1 to 4 days, with some exceptions.
DHL Standard: available only in Europe, with an average delivery time of 2 to 5 business days, with some exceptions.
Delivery times may be extended during busy periods, in the event of stock shortages, or due to circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions or customs inspections.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number by e-mail. You can use this number to track your shipment on our website or on the carrier’s website.
Returns & Exchanges
1. What is your return policy?
You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to register your return request.

2. How do I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, exchanges are currently not possible for orders placed on ilimito.com. However, you can return your order or item under the applicable conditions and place a new order.
3. Am I responsible for the return costs?
Yes, all returned or refused shipments are subject to outbound shipping charges and return shipping charges.
4. What are the return and refund conditions?
Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed and undamaged. For shoes, the soles must be intact and the shoes must only have been tried on a clean surface. All original labels must be attached.
Shoes must be returned in their original box, placed inside a parcel. Please return the order in its original packaging. Personalized products cannot be returned.
If a return is deemed non-compliant by ILIMITO, the return will be refused and we will not be able to refund the order. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.
Payment
1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and American Express, as well as PayPal and other payment options such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
2. How do I use my promotional code?
If you have a promotional code, you can enter it in the “promotional code” field at checkout.
Once validated, the offer will be automatically applied to your order before payment.
You may be able to enter and combine several promotional codes if a new field is displayed after the first valid code has been entered at checkout.
3. What should I do if my payment is declined?
If your payment is declined, please check that your payment details are correct and that your bank has authorized the transaction.
You can also try another payment method or contact your bank for more information.
